Job Description

You will be responsible to support the buying process for digital agendas and campaigns. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day video activation. It includes video activation across all screens (i.e. TV, Digital, Social, Cinema) and so provides a wide range of experiences and opportunity. Additionally:

Traffic workbooks

Weekly schedule pulls

Network and/or program rankers

Programming and/or campaign highlights

Network and/or Program changes

Inventory/Buy Maintenance

Allocation tracker (track/update vs. flowcharts)

Own/Manage TRP tracker across buys

Prisma Pulls/Requests

PostsChecking MSAs to MBOXUpdating/reseeding when neededEntering posted numbers into post charts, etc.

Qualifications

English Level B1/B2

1-3 years of experience in an office environment (preferably at a communications-related company, and ideally at a creative agency)

Advanced Excel (conditional formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, other)

Strong communication, analytics and problem-solving skills

Ability to use web-based applications for tracking and reporting

General comfort with accounting and bill/pay procedures

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
