We are is looking for a Product Marketing Manager(PMM) with a passion for storytelling to drive awareness of the full benefits and value of the Creative Cloud subscription.
This person will drive the overall narrative for the annual MAX release, partnering closely with other PMMs, campaign and event teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end story. They will be responsible for setting the strategy for the Adobe surfaces – the desktop hub app, web and mobile hub app– and helping articulate the distinct value of each in the customer journey. Additionally, they will serve as the team’s liaison to campaign and engagement teams, helping us bring membership value to life.
What you'll Do
Support GTM strategy for major, annual Creative Cloud release by developing value proposition, messaging and positioning
Develop use cases for Creative Cloud desktop app, Creative Cloud on the web, and CC Mobile
Partner with Campaign and other cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on the marketing plan, including PR, social media, relationship marketing, demand generation and community
Partner with Product Management to influence and refine short and long-term product strategy and roadmap, representing the voice of the customer and with attention to the competitive landscape
Monitor critical metrics and re-calibrate programs and strategy as required to ensure the most effective path to revenue and customer goals
Build and foster relationships with partners and customers in the design community to gain insights and build partnerships that help achieve business goals
What you need to succeed
5+ years of product marketing or storytelling experience on a successful offering, ideally with focus on creative or collaborative tools for small and mid-market businesses.
Ability to build a strategy and drive the creation of a roadmap of projects based on analysis of data, segmentation research and competitive analysis
High conviction and a strong point of view, based on a depth on audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes.
Distill complex issues down to a simple story and communicate to executive audiences, technical partners, and marketing partners.
Proven chops at building of partnership with key teams including Product Management, Engagement Marketing, and Program/Project Management.
Highly organized and able to respond to requests from cross-functional and remote team with strong project and time management skills
Results-oriented, self-starter with a positive, upbeat attitude. MBA preferred.
