Intern@OSC := Work at OSC while you study. We offer flexible hours and a fun, productive environment.

We look for individuals who are passionate about building web software. Successful candidate should have at least 2 years of computer science education and theory, and should have developed at least 1 web application as a personal or university project.
You will interact with clients, co-workers and managers. Strong ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is a must. We also look for self-motivated candidates with a strong desire to do things "the right way" rather than the quickest way.

Job Requirements:

  • experience in PHP development
  • experience with SQL database systems, both database management and scripting/development, MySQL and PostgreSQL experience a plus.
  • Object Oriented Programming concepts and application experience
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Javascript
  • Basic knowledge of Linux usage and administration
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Ability to read and write English (basic)


    • Experience with the following is also preferred:

  • Understanding of source control systems and how to use them (CVS, SVN)
  • JQuery
  • Zend Framework
