The Role

Adobe Cloud Technology organization led by our CTO and EVP, provides the fundamental capabilities that power Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Marketing Cloud products!

The Sr Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution for Platform Data and Analytics. Data is the mainstay of the organization and high-quality data, systems and processes have the power to make a significant impact on the tactical and strategic decision making for the organization. This role requires a candidate that understands data from the client and partner perspective as well as the Platform.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with large number of Adobe internal customers to understand their data and prioritize and maintain a unified road-map.
  • Deliver detailed technical requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product managers, architects, and other technical leaders on the execution and delivery of data capabilities
  • Take a holistic view of what is needed to deliver world-class customer experiences, including design, quality, performance and reliability.
  • Handle internal product requests from business owners, engineering leaders and other cross functional stakeholders
  • Develop release communication plans, identify early adaptors, drive pilots to ensure rapid adoption of new platform offerings
  • Work cross functionally with app teams, like Photoshop and Illustrator, and with other platform teams within the CTO’s organization, to build and execute on a roadmap that meet the needs of all constituents

  • What's needed to succeed

  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability working with data and analytics in product development or management roles
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with consistent record of driving products through end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Effectively work with design, business, operations, finance and IT.
  • Ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
  • Articulate and persuasive while able to listen and incorporate the perspectives of others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present to upper management.
  • BS is required, MBA a plus
