Your ‘day to day’Collaborate in the development, implementation and execution of strategic & operational brand plans that delivers maximum impact to consumers of CARICAM Cluster.Based on deep consumer and market analysis, propose localization of global playbooks (Product, brand communication campaigns, and consumer & customer Experience Toolboxes) to build and develop global brands in different market environments. •Execute brand performance analysis through consumer research tools and sales information data, aiming at proposing brand solutions to fix performance issues and capitalize on opportunities and market trends•Propose and lead product innovation pipeline through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system management for a group of markets within CARICAM cluster, ensuring clear communication and alignment between markets, Latin America & Canada region and global bran building group. •Work together with Channel Strategy and market deployment teams in the cluster to design best touchpoint strategy for each brand initiative.•Brief and follow up on creation & transcreation agencies for the development of brand communication toolboxes according to different market needs and regulations. •Provide input to build commercial budget (Direct Marketing Expenses - DME, Digital Trade Engagement - DTE, Allowances).•Work together with the Digital Channel Manager the direct marketing strategy for the brand (Data Base registration & consumer contact strategy).•Track measurement plans of the activities performed with consumers (Brand Adoption Model -BAM - analysis and tracking) Who we’re looking for•Studies & Background in Business, Marketing, Commercial / Industrial Engineer.•Minimum experience of 4-5 years in FMCG in marketing or Trade Marketing. Experience on brand marketing and product innovation development is ideal.•Conceptual thinking. Good communication. Creative.•Analytical skills. Strong organizational skills. •Fluent in Spanish and English.•Strong knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. •Project Management knowledge is a strong plus!
