Ocean Park is looking for new and qualified employees with call center experience. As a customer service agent you will be assisting English speaking American and Canadian customers to provide information in response to inquiries about their accounts and to handle and resolve complaints, also you will be performing various other functions. Our current staff of customer service representatives are extremely passionate about providing the best customer service experience.
