Job Description

To resolve the issues of each unpostable credit and ensure its posting. Tasks:

1.Ensure 100% of new items are analyzed in day 1.

2. Resolve all the issues/limitation each items has to be posted by involving the contacts who must take the action.

3. Provide at least weekly follow up to the items not resolved in day 1 or re-open.

4. To track the status of each items in the data base every time they make a touch to the item.

5. Other tasks like reporting, visibility, etc.

6. E-mail ION review and resolution in 72 hours or less.

7. Analysis and Follow up to obtain Sourcing confirmation for Items that needs to be Trashed or RTV.


Business Admnistration,

English - Advanced - 1 to 2 years

Excel - Intermediate - Advanced - 1 to 2 years,

Must have communication skills to make the user understand
