Handle employee and vendor queries received through email, phone call and/or service request forms according to the internal KPI’s set in the department
Assist in communications that need to be sent to internal business customers and/or vendors.
Provide excellent customer experience in every interaction.
Take ownership in fixing employee/vendor problem.
Through daily problem resolution, identify and propose process improvement
Experience 6 months to 1 year in PtP or Finance.
Technical High School degree in accounting or currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.
English level B2
Portugues/French is a plus
SAP, Microsoft Office
Desired: Remedy, Cisco, Ariba
