The Opportunity

As a core member of the Customer Communications team, you will focus on driving broad-scale awareness of customers that strategically partner with Adobe to drive digital transformation. We are looking for a strategic problem-solver, storyteller and communicator (both with writing and verbal communication). We work closely with the world’s leading brands to identify strategic joint-marketing opportunities with Adobe that reinforce their market leadership and drive pipeline within Adobe’s Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO).

What you'll Do

  • Uncovering compelling customer stories that reenforce Adobe’s value by engaging with internal account teams
  • Selling customers in on the value of co-marketing with Adobe, ranging from speaking opportunities (internal and external), press interviews/coverage, videos, blog posts, customer content, etc.
  • Developing relationships with executive-level customers
  • Innovating with new types of content and multimedia
  • Providing strategic expertise to key partners in the business unit and sales that support pipeline and business priorities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with communications colleagues to tap into customers for PR, social and analyst relations
  • Encouraging key enterprise decision makers across Adobe’s priority industries (e.g. retail, healthcare, public sector)
  • Sales and analyst referencing
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in communications (including PR, social, multimedia and/or editorial experience), customer success/advocacy experience or a related area
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Results-oriented and creative
