The Opportunity

The industry of UX/UI design continues to grow as digital experiences become fundamental to every business. We are hiring a Strategic Development Manager to build meaningful partnerships with Systems Integrators and consultants, across the Americas, in the space of screen design.

What you will do

  • Find, develop and maintain long term, impactful partnerships with leading SIs and consultancies in the field of UX/UI.
  • Devise strategic partner plans that define new adoption and expansion opportunities for Adobe XD via the network effect of partnership
  • Define and lead enablement and initiatives for the adoption of Adobe XD, both inside SIs and with their clients
  • Participate in community and industry engagement to promote Adobe's position in UX Design
  • Work with Product Management, Research, Design, Engineering and Product marketing to deliver product and industry insight.
  • Adopt an approach that our work with customers is never done, and there is always something to learn and improve.
  • Travel (when possible) to partner locations and contribute to the design industry via community events.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Five years, or more, of proven experience in partner development, preferably in the UX or design space.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customers or partner engagements
  • Experience managing teams, including talent development, is an advantage.
  • Additional experience in Business Development or Product management is preferable.
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the design industry
  • Established network in the SI partner community
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe's design products
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the development of long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners and customers
  • Proven track record of leading, managing and inspiring
  • Strong organizational skills.
