The Opportunity

As a key marketer on the Document Cloud Marketing team you will the drive strategies for our fast-growing Adobe Sign business. You will work to identify and unlock new initiatives to significantly scale our e-signature solution, and impact short-term and long-term growth. You will use customer and competitive insights to define new areas of opportunities. Working closely with the Product teams to help craft the product roadmap and priorities. You’ll partner closely with campaign and go-to-market execution teams on translating strategies into marketing executions and impactful campaigns.

As a top-tier marketer, you have deep customer empathy for micro small business customers, are data driven, and proficient in marketing channels and frameworks. You demonstrate a bias towards action and can effectively navigate through a highly matrixed organization. You excel at forming relationships and credibility across diverse groups, are a self-starter with strong initiative. You have excellent verbal and written communications and can empower peers and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Adobe Sign marketing strategy for the small business segment
  • Define testing strategies and build a pipeline of tests to unlock new levers that will scale the business
  • Develop compelling value proposition messaging for our core target segment to convince them to try and buy our software
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and Analytics teams to define programs and strategic priorities and lead the communication and rollout
  • Own and drive key critical metrics, track and work with analytics to run the dashboard
  • Collaborate with Campaign Marketing, GTM execution, and central marketing teams to translate strategies in to in-quarter executions
  • GTM Strategy point of contact for regions and business partners
  • Collaborate with Insights team to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into meaningful recommendations for growth
  • Understand trial strategies, promotion pricing, lineup and mix
  • Requirements:

  • BS/BA with 8+ years of marketing experience, technology company and SaaS experience preferred
  • Data driven, with a strong test and learn attitude and ability to think out of the box to determine new growth opportunities
  • Customer-first orientation, with experience in Consumer and/or SMB preferred
  • Proficient in market research and how to utilize research and data to advise marketing strategies
  • Proven success in dynamic and highly matrixed environments
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
  • Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent program management skills
