M&A Integration Program Manager
M&A has become a key part of Adobe's growth strategy. As a result, we are searching for an exceptional candidate to help drive M&A technical integration execution efforts at one of the most innovative companies in the tech industry.
The Acquisitions Integration Management (AIM) team was established to manage the technical integrations which include corporate infrastructure, business applications and engineering environments. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the execution of strategy to scale, operate and integrate the Market-to-Cash processes and systems for Adobe’s acquisitions. You will partner with the AIM lead, architecture & functional leads in product management, marketing, sales and finance operations to define an integrated end to end approach which supports the business goals of the acquisitions.
What you'll do:
Responsible for executing Adobe’s M&A integration process for individual deals for a functional area.
Use a consistent integration approach, enabling the acquired target to be successfully integrated and measured, ensuring all learnings are captured and utilized to enhance the process.
Develop and strengthen relationships across all areas of Adobe, partnering with the AIM lead, sponsoring business units, functional executives, enterprise architecture to ensure integrations are planned and executed effectively.
Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, including leading Integration team meetings to ensure integration plans remain relevant and are being executed.
Provide project management on M&A technology integration activities for the functional area including, but not limited to: project plan creation and updating, weekly status reporting, governance reviews, etc.
Oversight of program financial planning and management; establishing budgets, tracking actuals to plan.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated integration processes and tools (playbooks).
Assist in creating presentations & acquisition related documentation.
Enable “best in class” global M&A integration process for Adobe.
What you'll need to succeed:
10+ years of program management.
Basic understanding of the M&A integration space.
Strong customer/stakeholder engagement focus.
Solid Agile project management experience.
Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders and work well in a highly collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings.
Ability to track and follow-up with multiple stakeholders, ensure timely deliverables, and resolve issues and address key decisions.
Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, enthusiastic, assertive, and willing to be hands on.
Familiar with Market-to-Cash technology platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP).
Keep up to date on program management & integration best practices, tools and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking and participation in professional organizations.
