We are looking for a talented individual to join our Integrated Marketing team to support our paid social and media programs. The ideal candidate is a skilled digital marketer that knows how to develop channel marketing strategies, particularly in paid social, that will drive effective awareness, efficiently create demand, and delight our customers. In this role, you will partner closely with the integrated marketing team to create holistic and thoughtful media strategies that will help create an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle funnel. You will need to:

Support the creation of audience-first campaign strategies with a focus on opportunities that enable us to orchestrate our campaigns across the entire customer journey
Own the holistic view of paid social across the marketing funnel that enables the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness
Have knowledge of paid media buying strategies for specific channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc). This will involve: researching and understanding product offerings, providing platform recommendations and rationale, building and refining audience targets, and ongoing monitoring and optimization of campaigns across multiple programs and campaigns
Develop, organize, execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns
Develop test and learning plans in partnership with the rest of the integrated marketing team (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B, and multivariate testing, etc)
Co-manage key agency, platform, and media partnerships and deepen the team’s partnerships with our internal analytics, brand, marketing operations, and sales teams
Manage campaign pacing and performance against quarterly benchmarks
Stay on top of platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space
Knowledge and skills
Strong background in display advertising and media buying: DSPs, programmatic display, paid social platforms, digital media cost and conversion benchmarks, etc.
Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns
Technophile, appreciative of latest digital tools and trends
Ability to collaborate across teams to get work done
Ability to see big picture strategy and employ best tactics to match that strategy
Focus on providing the best buyer’s experience from one end of the funnel to the other
You get a kick out of negotiating media buys, solid business acumen with a win-win mentality and a knack for finding creative solutions
Excellent writer and communicator; creative thinker
Self-motivated, team player, experimental, sense of humor, and confident
Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Marketo
Self-motivated and someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work
Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
5-7+ years in digital marketing and lead generation, preferred experience in B2B SaaS (agency or in-house)
Preferred, 3+ years of recent experience building & executing paid social campaigns
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation (SFDC and Marketo preferred), Adobe Analytics, MS Excel
Background running statistical analysis to inform database marketing and understand campaign metrics
