The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Marketing Manager to help ensure our customers more deeply adopt our Experience Cloud solutions, so they are successful and realize the value of their purchase, buy more Adobe Experience Cloud products, become strong advocates, and remain Adobe customers for life. To do so, this person will work to build and expand multi-channel programs to efficiently and effectively drive customer adoption and retention at scale. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Adoption and Retention Marketing and will work closely with our Product Management, Customer Success, Experience League, Professional Services, and Product Marketing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead adoption strategy for an Experience Cloud product solution(s)
  • Drive discovery, testing, and process to open new adoption channels
  • Develop engaging adoption campaigns to help customers adopt solutions more quickly and deeply and implement them through various channels
  • Conduct research with customers to guide program strategy
  • Collaborate closely with key partners on program development
  • Review all existing adoption content, identify content gaps, and work with internal subject matter authorities and customers to develop content as needed
  • Track and report critical program metrics
  • Work to continuously improve programs, using data to measure what is working and what’s not
  • Scope and drive localization of all email and in-product programs, including content, for EMEA and APAC
  • Represent the customer while working with teams across the organization to ensure a singular and extraordinary customer experience with Adobe
  • What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of demand generation, marketing, and/or customer marketing experience preferred
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Customer-centric with a “what’s best for the customer” approach
  • Proven ability to both drive strategy and execution of programs
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an exceptional teammate
  • Growth mentality, including the proven ability to quickly learn new technology such as Marketo, Pendo, GainsightPX, etc.
  • Accountable for your performance and results, and committed to delivering your best
  • A font of creativity -- you take pride in coming up with fun, exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful
  • Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Flexible, can-do outlook, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
