Responsible for leading complex consulting programs projects with end to end project management, project execution and estimation, solutioning, and implementation delivery management
Proactively manages scope, resourcing, timeline, external customer dependencies and deliverables, client acceptance, and provides day to day coordination
Manages communication with both internal and external stakeholders to the project and larger program teams to track budget, progress, and burn rate and follows escalation framework as necessary
Scheduling of both onsite and offsite coordination and communication
Drives project delivery with off near shore teams
Manages time tracking, resource allocation and health reporting and budget
Conduct project forecasting for revenue, budget vs actual, timeline, etc.
Manages governance related to scope, schedule, and resourcing
Manages project health and communicate
Drive projects and coordinate inter dependencies across product teams on delivering to plan.
Effectively handle change and risk, collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
Handle status and reporting to provide project clarity and transparency to different levels in the org and partners.
Manage and drive sophisticated decision making and problem solving in a decisive, confident and timely manner.

Minimum 5- 8 years of prior experience in a client facing Project Management role, ideally within the Digital Marketing Cloud space required.
This includes knowledge of Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web Social Analytics, online Ad Targeting and content Personalization solutions.
Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skills is recommended.
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies.
Practical experience in managing agile development projects a plus.
Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders.
Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
