Your Career

This role requires a strong and collaborative individual who is detail and process-oriented, to deliver data management, validations, and business reporting, and develop recommendations.

This position supports our Sales Operations organization. You can expect a great level of collaboration and appreciation from your peers in the accomplishment of your objectives.

Your Impact:

  • Manage requests from internal organizations and partners:
  • Answer incoming tickets using ServiceNow/Email. Tickets include the following: granting access, checking access, correcting access to the Palo Alto Networks Partner Portal
  • Working with the Education Team on finding and moving Partner earned Certificates so they can be counted correctly for our Compliance Reviews
  • Answer general questions and administration of Deal Registration
  • Help coordinate our Compliance Review with the different worldwide teams
  • Provide clean housekeeping in SFDC. You will be working on partner and distributor accounts, contacts, update our Tracker tool, and update our Partner Locator tool
  • Working with our Customer Support Team to provide feedback on our Eval Tool regarding licences and Support Portal access
  • Follow up on New Partner Applications, Partner Due Diligence Process, OTA (One Time Agreement) Process
  • Creating Partner Letters & Manufacturing Forms for various regions
  • Documenting processes and working on improving these processes where possible
  • Assisting with general and ad-hoc channel related requests
  • Collaborate with internal sales operations teams to ensure projects are met and successfully delivered
  • Support our Global Sales Promotional programs using SFDC, and support ad-hoc queries from Sales Reps
  • Your Experience:

  • 2-4 years of Channels/Partners support in a high-tech company, with demonstrated ability to develop processes, analyze results, manage high priority projects and tight deadlines
  • Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alike
  • Ability to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams and functions
  • Experienced with SFDC (preferably), or other CRM tools, and Google Suite, databases, or other data management tools
  • Experienced with ticketing systems, such as Service Now (preferably), Jira, ZenDesk
