Position Summary:

Adobe is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Customer Experience organization responsible for the data product management of two significant fields, testing and personalization efforts and online web experiences. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical abilities and a successful track record in data analytics, business intelligence and developing high quality data products. The ideal candidate has experience in testing analytics, web analytics, data pipeline management and is able to work cross-functionally.


Online Experience

  • Develop and drive data platform strategy for self-service experiences (Help content and community forums) to ensure XE can understand how well these surfaces are performing, where customers are getting stuck, and identify impact of improvements
  • Run analytics requirements in partnership with product teams to ensure instrumentation will satisfy strategy for all new releases
  • Develop self-serve reports for HelpX and Alfred product teams that help measure progress towards L1 critical metrics that are also executive ready for weekly reviews
  • Develop approach for how to scalably tie customer cohort information for cookied visitors to web analytics / telemetry data
  • Continuously evaluate how we make online experience data available for self-service using Adobe Analytics and third party tools/ETLs
  • Ensure timely communication about project progress, availability, and reliability with partners
  • Personalization & A/B Testing

  • Partner with product managers, engineering, web analytics enablement, and analysts on testing and strategy to have scalable data approach
  • Design reporting architecture to instrument tests and personalization uniformly to facilitate self-serve insights
  • Act as consultant to product teams on standard methodologies in integration with personalization tools at adobe
  • What's needed to succeed:

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight
  • Experience in working directly with the product, engineering & business teams to instrument data capture for analytics use-cases
  • Experience in design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to provide impactful insights
  • Experience in understanding user journeys and identifying measurable areas of improvement
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, Presto etc.
  • Expertise in data visualization, reporting with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, plotly dash
  • Familiarity with ETL tools like Tidal, Snaplogic, Alteryx
  • Familiarity with NLP and ML techniques and models such as K-Means Clustering used for improvement of performance
  • Tight-knit partnership skills to interface across the organization
  • 3+ years of Product Management or related experience.
  • BS or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred, but not required.
