Adobe's Senior Manager, Global Security Risk will initially work remotely but eventually based at our headquarters in San Jose, California, or at one of our major locations in the United States. The incumbent will be a key leader with the Safety and Security function to include policy development and implementation efforts with Employee Workplace Solutions leaders, partners, and peers, which promote global employee security, business resilience, and client success. By developing strong and respectful partnerships, positively influencing colleagues and peers, and leading through example by modeling Adobe Capabilities – Be Creative, Be Focused, and Be a Leader – as well as the company’s dedication to Adobe for All, the Senior Manager will have a key role to better identify, craft, and influence sophisticated and dynamic environments and policy solutions, as GSS and Adobe move forward.
What you'll do
Play a leading role in the development of a global crisis management and business resilience program
Develop a Security Risk Assessment Program (SRAP), to include methodology and training, legal/compliance-supported safeguard requirements, and risk-based physical and technical security standards
Establish a multi-tier country threat assessment program and global security travel security program
Lead Physical Security Risk training and awareness across the enterprise
Own the company’s aviation security and global executive protection programs to include exercises and emergency action plans
Develop, establish and lead a balanced insider threat program, to include governance and partner relationship inclusion; support investigations (employee relations, fraud) and the threat management program.
Provide ad-hoc coverage as acting Senior Regional Manager for the Americas, EMEA and JAPAC, when needed; international, operational security experience in all three regions required
Available for global travel.
What you need to succeed
A minimum of 10 years professional security experience (mix of international federal government security/law enforcement while maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance, and corporate security)
A strong, current network of associates in the corporate security, federal government law enforcement, and intelligence community fields
Leadership roles in non-U.S. environments at all risk levels, leading risk-based, life-safety programs – experience to include operational and administrative environments
Ability to evaluate sophisticated issues, influence leaders, and build workable, pragmatic solutions; validated experience briefing and influencing senior executive corporate leadership, efficiently acquiring required programmatic resources
An understanding and application of crisis management, risk mitigation methodology and application, geopolitical risk analysis, executive protection, investigations and threat management policies, processes, and techniques
Excellent English verbal and written communications. Multilingual skills, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree in a related field, preferred.
