The Opportunity

The Customer Performance Analysis (CPA) team sits

within the Global Marketing Strategy organization. The team’s charter is to drive Adobe’s growth by finding opportunities based on deep customer insights. As Adobe continues to focus on key categories such as Design and Video, there’s a growing need to better understand the customer demand and the levers that can move the needle. We are looking for a motivated, intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, identify problems, and build solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine customer insights with marketing analytics to be the specialist for a category.

What you’ll do

  • Identify customer growth opportunities for a specific category, leveraging marketing research and analytics, customer segmentation and business insights
  • Develop growth minded recommendations and strategies across marketing, website and offering, and influence a diverse group of partners from Media, Campaign Marketing, , GTM and Product Marketing
  • Develop a roadmap for analytics capabilities by developing input and relationships with business partners
  • Become a subject matter expert by developing a deeper understanding of the customers based on their profile, use case/motivation, product engagement, media interaction and lifetime value
  • Partner with data scientists on the application of customer segmentations, marketing analytics models (i.e., LTV, attribution, etc.) and profiling tools to identify new ways to target prospects, drive growth and measure impact
  • What you'll need to succeed

  • 7-9 years demonstrated experience in consulting, strategy, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel and experience working with Tableau/PowerBI and SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure business questions into an analytics plan and execute
  • Strong analytical skills including experience defining and using metrics, and performing data analysis to identify trends and measure impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven track record to articulate strategy and insights at every level of the company
  • Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams
