Job DescriptionSupport Sales Ops. organization to drive and deliver the AMER planning and quota set up execution, as well as ensuring a continued support with compensation related topics.
This position will require a great attitude/team player, ability to understand E2E compensation plans for the sales field and meet tight deadlines, strong communication skills and ability to connect with business partners and stakeholders from around the world to find resolution to cases, analysis, etc.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English speaker and writer
• Strong/Excellent Analytical skills, Information management skill
• Intermediate+ MS Excel skills (example: pivots, intermediate level formulas, dashboards)
• Time management skill
• Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to interview and collaborate with our client internal organizations, to gather input on cases/scenarios to resolve compensation issues
• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Desired Skills/Experience:
• Sales Force.com experience
• SAP BOBJ experience
• Support monthly reconciliation/approval of Compensation calculations/payments
• Support Sales organizations with tools/systems projects with respect to planning and compensation activities
• Process improvement models knowledge / experience
