The Client Solutions Performance Analyst provides service to clients by responding to requests for information, products or services.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing Solution Performance Monitoring publishing of high touch clients
  • New Client implementation Performance Monitoring of all new client implementations
  • Pilot/Proof of Concept Solution Performance Monitoring
  • System Level Performance Monitoring against agreed upon client service level agreements
  • Technical management of ad hoc and automated Solution Batch Processes
  • Distribution of Technical Documentation (API, etc.) to client contacts
  • Completion of production configuration documentation and hand-off to delivery
  • Support solution validations process related to file transfer as well as the completion of required documentation
  • Designs report layouts and compiles data from multiple resources to create customized reports for clients and internal personnel on an as needed basis
  • Client overall status reporting to management

    • Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
    • 2-3 years Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis Experience
    • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (B2+, C1 level)
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Advanced organizational skills
    • Strong PC/internet skills
    • Data SQL experience a plus
    • Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint - Expert
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
    • Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
    • Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
