The Client Solutions Performance Analyst provides service to clients by responding to requests for information, products or services.
Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 2-3 years Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis Experience
• Excellent English written and oral communications skills (B2+, C1 level)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced organizational skills
• Strong PC/internet skills
• Data SQL experience a plus
• Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint - Expert
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
• Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
