Administers and maintains sales operational systems and processes to provide content, data and information management in support of sales pursuits. Implements and configures sales tools, content management and tracking systems. Develops and manages catalog and web-based content, web pages and other online sources for storing and communicating information for sales and partners. Enters, updates and ensures accuracy of data in sales and client and partner relationship management systems generates regular and ad hoc reports for account teams and leadership. Advises on improvements and enhancements for design of sales systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
Manage interactions with Sales in a way that maximizes customer satisfaction and communicate appropriately with other functions involved in the support administration process.
Perform forecasting & planning in partnership with assigned point of contacts or Channel Partners team.
Provide ongoing support to meet Game changers operational requirements.
Initiate and manage request missing information queries with Sales or Customer.
Resolve any business decision needed request from processing team.
Responsible for accurate completion of the quoting / reporting activities.
Advise assignment of SMC codes
Responsible for providing timely operational reporting responses
Responsible for adherence to policies, procedures, standard process and audit requirements
Identifies & communicates policy, process, program or procedure gaps to program team
Process monitoring which includes providing input and feedback on process issues and opportunities for improvement to Business Operations team.
Produces ongoing reports (includes quoting and booking of quotes generated) for the Game changers initiatives.
Ability to communicate effectively to program team, internal stakeholders and channel partners. This is with regards to process and business requirements.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 1-3 years’ experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Microsoft Excel knowledge SAP knowledge is a plus
Experience administering and maintaining sales tools, systems and online resources
Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Understanding of business and sales processes and practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Mastery in English & Portuguese language REQUIRED
Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options
