The Role

Adobe Document Cloud Product team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, who can help craft the future vision of the Document Cloud Services Platform and champion the growth of developer ecosystem and community. The Adobe Document Services team is passionate about building document centric API’s and providing access to developers and partners to interact with Document APIs.

As a Sr. Product manager, you will define the strategy and drive the development of products and services; you will play the central role in defining product features and communicating requirements with multiple teams and ultimately ensuring that the product meets our customer needs. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner.

What you'll Do

  • Be a part of the core product management team and chip into driving Adobe's product strategy for Document Cloud Business Unit
  • Define and champion product vision and strategy; Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis
  • Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap
  • Drive end-to-end feature delivery: writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, working with UX to build prototypes for usability testing and research, working with engineering, documentation, support, and marketing to deliver quality product
  • Collaborate across global teams to create alignment between engineering teams and other product partners
  • Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success
  • Train sales, customer success and support on new features and messaging
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Support to develop go to market strategy for new feature launches
  • Meet with customers, developers, users, prospects, communicate product vision, product roadmap, and competitive differentiation
  • What you need to succeed

    Consistent track record of leading and launching successful products.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering and MBA or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading products or services in cloud platforms, document and/or SaaS Applications is highly desirable.
  • Experience with creating requirements, design and documentation of APIs and enterprise services based on an API-first approach and experience in developer platforms, workflow applications, app marketplaces, and API products.
  • Able and willing to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment and prioritize in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as ability to drill down to the details
  • Experience in agile software development practices.
  • Proven skills in making data-driven recommendations and drive decisions
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
