In joining Adobe’s Worldwide Digital Media Individual & Business Finance organization you will have the opportunity to help drive Adobe’s pivotal initiatives by partnering with cross-functional finance and accounting teams to build and enhance revenue modeling for the largest business unit at Adobe. The position will report to the Director of Finance to support our revenue planning and forecasting processes. This position will provide an outstanding opportunity to drive insights and accelerate growth for Adobe.

The ideal candidate for this role is well-rounded top performer with excellent data analysis skills who will be a catalyst, for growth. You will need to work with people and teams both locally and remotely as well as engaging in processes with worldwide teams in a matrix organization. You should be a strong performer, who enjoys building strong models and insights from multiple datasets into cohesive and scalable frameworks. You will work to automate sophisticated financial models while finding opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and insights.

  • Develop, build, & maintain sophisticated quantitative models to improve revenue forecasting/planning.
  • Help facilitate the preparation of forecasts by coordinating with key business partners on items such as: common assumptions, data loads, modeling changes, etc.
  • Provide insights to finance leadership team on process & system automation opportunities
  • Ensure outlook, forecast, plan and key processes stay on track and meet partner expectations.
  • Accountable for ad-hoc initiatives in critical business analysis and key project supporting business partners and finance leadership
  • Automate and improve planning and reporting processes
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Validated experience in analytics, engineering, data science, or equivalent analytical and project management experience Exceptional technical Skills (Excel, Python, SQL and Tableau/PowerBI/Qlick)
  • Attention to details with excellent written communication skills, proven track record of leadership with ability to set objectives and deliver results.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Ability to tell stories with data, while educating and instilling confidence, motivating business partners to act on recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver outstanding results.
  • You are an exceptional communicator capable of influencing across the organization.
