The Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Development Partner to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Employee Experience (EX) team as we accelerate development for employees across Adobe. As a key partner for employee and executive development for Digital Media, Cloud Technology and Corporate Functions, providing tailored senior leader development, organizational change, and team effectiveness expertise. This role will be responsible for the design and delivery of leader and team engagements and initiatives to meet the needs of senior leaders and teams. You will work closely with business leaders, Employee Experience partners, Talent Development and Talent Management teams to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop sustainable solutions to sophisticated, long-term opportunities facing the business.

What you'll Do

  • Provide leadership development expertise and consultation to help find best-fit solutions to organizational and leadership challenges
  • Design, plan and deliver engaging experiences for senior leaders that enable them and their teams to move their business forward.
  • Cultivate a positive relationship with Employee Experience Business Partners, Global Talent Development, Talent Management and the business leaders by understanding business issues and how they translate into people strategy and concrete measures/tracking of impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. BPs and leaders on organizational change, team effectiveness and leadership development
  • Serve as conduit to coaching and assessment methodologies, and promote participation in our centralized “enterprise” Talent Development offerings.
  • Partner to support the effective and timely integration of new senior leaders.
  • Stay abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization development.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Industry or consulting experience across talent initiatives (organizational change, talent management, organizational and learning & development and HR consulting).
  • Typically requires minimum of 7+ years of related experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation for a large, global, matrix environment.
  • Ability to develop and influence relationships and partnerships (internal and external) of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experienced in consulting, design and facilitation skills.
  • Exemplifies Adobe’s values and Adobe Capabilities (Be Creative, Be Focused, Be a Leader).
  • Strong command of models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership development. Including but not limited to; behavioral change, organizational development, emotional intelligence, change leadership, robust team development and coaching.
