The Opportunity
We are hiring a Product Manager to join the IT Enterprise Learning Management team. The candidate will be part of a team that centrally manages the training needs of multiple internal learning groups. This individual will own the strategy and vision for the next evolution of the employee learning experience with tools used across Adobe, primarily Adobe Captivate Prime (Learning Management System product), Adobe Captivate (content authoring product), along with other tools.
This individual will work with technical product managers, business system analysts, and architects as well as internal customers and partners to collect and prioritize key business requirements to drive delivery supporting an optimal learning experience for Adobe employees while maturing the learning platform. Close partnerships with Legal, Security, Procurement and Employee Communications will be essential to ensure the success of projects & initiatives. What you’ll do
Lead the vision and strategic roadmap for enhancing Captivate Prime for internal Enterprise customers
Capture employee use cases to coordinate the development, implementation and roll-out of new or improved LMS platform capabilities
Optimize workflows to improve the end user experience via automation and integrations
Spread awareness about new features/product updates and educate employees on how to get the most out of the tools
Maintain a constant evaluation of the learning environment, enterprise LMS tools, and implementation of industry standard methodologies
Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our internal Enterprise users with our business goals
Work closely with product engineering leadership to advocate for the prioritization of feature requests that will benefit the maturity growth of the internal instance of the LMS platform to ensure we meet our customers’ requirements for a robust learning environment
Communicate updates on the product roadmap and key initiatives to leadership and partners
Lead the LMS Governance Steering Committee
Partner with the Captivate Prime product team to develop and maintain a program focused on utilizing Adobe as a primary customer to identify Enterprise product features, testing, and feedback
Qualifications
