The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Manager to join the IT Enterprise Learning Management team. The candidate will be part of a team that centrally manages the training needs of multiple internal learning groups. This individual will own the strategy and vision for the next evolution of the employee learning experience with tools used across Adobe, primarily Adobe Captivate Prime (Learning Management System product), Adobe Captivate (content authoring product), along with other tools.

This individual will work with technical product managers, business system analysts, and architects as well as internal customers and partners to collect and prioritize key business requirements to drive delivery supporting an optimal learning experience for Adobe employees while maturing the learning platform. Close partnerships with Legal, Security, Procurement and Employee Communications will be essential to ensure the success of projects & initiatives.
