The challenge

Are you passionate about guiding teams to improve people’s experiences in today’s digital world? The Enterprise Productivity organization is seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous and multifaceted Product Manager to establish technologies and techniques that will help Adobe’s teams realize their vision through insight-driven decision-making. You will act as product owner and will consult on methods, design, and analysis to gather holistic experience insights, whether for products, digital workplace, or customers.

What you’ll do

  • Define the vision and roadmap for Adobe’s experience management capability, Experience Listening, which enables Adobe’s ability to make good decisions through insights
  • Develop and validate innovative, scalable pre-packaged solutions
  • Support Adobe’s Knowledge and Enterprise Search strategy
  • Provide thought leadership on a frequent basis, including academic and practitioner research, joint publications, podcasts, conference presentations or webinars
  • Provide support to internal partners, including data & research collection design, change management consulting, post-research data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, action planning consulting
  • Conduct, write and present on global research that aligns to the Adobe value proposition
  • Where needed, contribute to product and business development activities
  • Drive and facilitate centers of excellence related to experience management
  • Be the voice of the employee and customer
  • Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience working with clients on their employee survey programs, employee assessment programs or in an Employee Insights/Analytics function
  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
  • A blend of agency-side experience as well as internal-client experience is ideal, although candidates from either side will be considered
  • Experience working with large and complex enterprises
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Consultative and relationship builder who can quickly understand client needs and requirements
  • Have a strong understanding of good research methodology; item design and data collection
  • Able to analyze and interpret data, and report back insights to customers
