The challenge:

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Adobe Customer Solutions (Consulting Services) Finance Team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing the finance organization with sound financial plans and forecasts, as well as ongoing analysis and insights into the America’s Consulting Services business!

What you’ll do:

Lead and support planning cycles (annual planning, in-quarter rolling forecast, quarterly/weekly forecasts, performing variance analysis, and tracking key performance indicators) across the full P&L!

Drive financial model-building including:

Work closely with our offshore team monitoring Headcount and Expense planning activities and overall financial position. Driving any organizational re-alignments through the co-ordination of cost center hierarchy alignments.

Perform quarter-end close activities including expense accruals and revenue forecast-to-close reconciliation, and quarterly business reporting for business partners / management.

Working with business partners to identify, coordinate and report though a balanced scorecard, key operating metrics critical to the success of the services organization

Drive analytics projects end to end. Translate a business question into an analytical framework, efficiently produce reliable data, generate insights through analysis, and efficiently communicate recommended actions

Analyze data and present information in a meaningful way to influence decision making.

Drive continual operational improvement, lead governance, standardization, and automation to scale the business.

Ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
