Our client, is a new BPO in Costa Rica; currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day maintenance and support of the Salesforce platform including fundamental configuration, development, and coordination of new integrations.
The Administrator will collaborate with company departments' in order to ensure efficiency across all business processes. We are seeking an analytical problem solver with the ability to work closely with key business units in order to develop new functionality that will drive growth and help us achieve strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a system administrator and developer for the Salesforce environment
- Assist in fundamental set-up of platform, including new user set-ups, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow, and validation,
- Perform regular system audits and troubleshooting/bug fixes, as well as check-ins for staff feedback on system improvement
- Plan for and manage the implementation of platform upgrades and new integrations
- Guide staff development and training on the Salesforce Platform
- Work closely with departments including sales, professional services, customer service, and IT to implement new features, functionalities, and processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions using full Salesforce toolset (workflows, custom objects and fields, validation rules, approval processes, process builders, etc.)
- Work alongside staff to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation in order to support business requirements and processes
- Experience with Salesforces CRM, field service, customer support, cloud marketing and communities
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Skilled in Workflow, Approval Process, Process Builder, Visual Workflow
- Ability to build model business processes as data structures and applications in platform
- Experience with Customer Portals and associated licenses types
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor?s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator CRM
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must
