The Human Resources Analyst executes the recruitment and selection procedure. Coordinates the application of different actions, policies, procedures, norms, and worker-employer rights and obligations stipulated in the Costa Rican Labor Code, which are related to the subject of labor relations, providing technical guidance, as appropriate. Additionally, it executes activities related to administration of benefits, uniforms, services (security, dining room, cleaning), execution of activities, among others. It executes all actions related to information systems, such as, for example, the generation of vacation reports, letters, etc.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION (most relevant responsibilities)
•Executes the Recruitment and Selection process, searching for the resource, applying filters and interviews, coordinating the respective documentation after the candidate's selection, leading and reviewing compliance with the business induction process and the position, and managing the respective process indicators. All of the above, to ensure the ideal resource according to the needs of the internal client. • Analyzes the different cases of employment relationship that arise (conflict management, absences, plant inspections, application of disciplinary actions, harassment, among others), carrying out the corresponding investigation of each situation, consulting between the parties involved, defining in conjunction with the HR department the final measure to be applied, applying the required measures or actions, and consolidating, to ensure correct management of each case and the prevalence of a healthy work environment. • Executes and monitors the internal communication procedure of the company, creating the content to be communicated and carrying out the corresponding communication through the two official channels of the company, to ensure that employees are aware of important issues. • Executes the benefits program of the company, planning and coordinating the provision of uniforms as appropriate, monitoring the conditions of the dressing room area and applying the other existing benefits. The above, to ensure the correct execution of the program and compliance with the established Good Manufacturing Practices. • Executes the budget for special activities, coordinating all the logistical details of each activity to be held, to work on reinforcing the commitment and dedication of employees to the company.
Coordinates and monitors the management of the dining room service, security and cleaning, functioning as the internal contact with the supplier for the review of any particular issue, establishing quality and service parameters to be met, calculating the defined indicators, and monitoring the service and compliance with the contract, to ensure the correct level of satisfaction among the users of the service, specifically the collaborators. • Carries out other activities related to the position, in order to provide timely follow-up to the processes defined by management or department. • Supports and complies with the company's quality and safety system, following the management system programs, in order to guarantee a healthy and productive work environment and the maintenance of certifications.
