The Product Marketing Manager – ISVs owns the success of complementary partner products in the medium segment for North America. The Product Marketing Manager is the trusted advisor to the expanded sales and product teams. Successful candidates will have a passion for innovation & teamwork to drive overall business growthKey Responsibilities•Collaborate with global and regional resources to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for both resell and referral ISVs.
•In coordination with global PMM and regional marketing team, define, build, and execute impactful & innovative product launch plans that are fully synced with business and revenue goals.
•Set governance for onboarding and roadmap for ISVs on revenue share models with focus on native cloud solutions
•Support contracts & commercial agreements as needed
•Commercial modelling and solution curation within channels in partnership with segment PMM teams
•Along with regional PMM for specific Sage products, localize all marketing materials for global solutions, including value propositions, messaging positioning, sales enablement tools and ensure local execution is consistent with global messaging.
•Collaborate with priority ISVs for channel penetration and promotion. Drive Partner training in coordination with partner enablement team to ensure their deep understanding of key messages.
•Partner with marketing to create innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, and web design to build a pipeline.
•Work with internal teams to manage local forecasts, funnels and contribute to business planning and set KPIs, tracking, testing, and optimizing for results
•Super-star project management skills across multiple projects with very tight deadlines.
•Experience launching new technology products to disrupt markets through innovative ideas balanced with market research.
•Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas.
•Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content in complex and emerging technology include cloud-based solutions
•Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
•Analytical thinker that is experience managing forecasts, pricing, and promotions.
Technical / professional qualifications:
•Experience with ISVs and 3rd party software
•Enterprise Software experience
•Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required (MBA a plus)
•3+ years of product marketing experience
•Atlanta, Lawrenceville, or San Jose
