RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tactical planning and execution of enablement assets.
  • Organize, coordinate, and manage cross-organizational resources and time, to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Create defined processes, quality standards, and best practices to manage deliverables; identify ways to streamline and improve the efficiency of work and enable continuous improvements.
  • Identify risk areas associated with asset deliverables, or team and develop metrics to monitor the risks and report trends.
  • Team effectively with others to meet goals and satisfy objectives; gets buy-in from the business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Develop, create, and maintain enablement and training assets - including e-learning materials, presentations, and related training scripts – interviewing appropriate subject matter experts to determine process inputs for training materials in English.
  • Participate in testing cycles to better understand deployment deliverables and related enablement materials.
  • Conduct/lead User Acceptance Training (UAT) Training as a testing basis for end-user training.
  • Coordinate online SME-led training sessions, managing all training logistics, including scheduling, requesting, and tracking participation, execution, and follow-up surveys.
  • Develop and create timelines and written communications to project stakeholders, end-users, and other project participants.
  • Provide advanced, on-going, new hire, and ad-hoc training as requested on supported applications, tools, and other technical topics.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA degree in Instructional Design/Curriculum Development or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data technologies, concepts, languages, and tools such as Tableau, BOBJ, Python, R, ML, RPA, & AI.
  • Instructional Design/Courseware Development.
  • Program and Project Management background is highly beneficial Experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience is required.
  • Must have advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Must have significant demonstrable experience with Adobe Captivate and Creative Suite.
  • Experience working cross-culturally, internationally, across multiple time-zones.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills, highly attentive to detail, and able to manage time and work requirements accordingly. Key Traits.

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others.
  • Have a strong understanding of MS- Excel, MS- PowerPoint, and related business enabling software.
