About this opportunity

One of our critical hires is for an Invisalign Protocol Language Coder/ Programmer , who is responsible of interpreting customer’s written preferences, protocols and instructions and translate them into a code lines and algorithms. The code is later embedded into Align proprietary Software to enable tasks automation.

A Coder/Programmer team works with interviewers to achieve the expected results for our customers. Propose ideas for procedures and process to promote customer satisfaction and overall systems improvement. A coder/programmer should also understand orthodontic clinical concepts and collaborate with other functions such as quality, process engineering, continuous improvement and clinical. Work and communicate directly with interviewers & customers to understand preferences and instructions in order to translate data into software code lines and coordinate training for users. Finally, the coder/ programmer provides feedback to product/services teams for improvements based on client experiences.
