  • What you’ll do:

  • Resolve consumers’ inquiries received by phone or directly in Equifax Customer Care Management system.
  • Understand and properly address the consumer concerns.
  • Applying Equifax Internal policies and Fair Credit Report Act (FCRA) legal guidelines in order to provide solutions to the queries made.
  • Manage confidentially sensitive and PII information that required high discretional standards.
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 1 corporate year of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual English- Spanish (B2/C1 level, Spoken and written)
  • Extra points for any of the following:

  • Negotiation and persuasiveness skills.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
  • Professional attitude, fast learner, and desire to grow within the company.
