Evaluated Pricing Operations

The Research, Analytics and Production Analyst in Refinitiv Evaluated Pricing Operations (EPO) is responsible for analyzing, documenting, developing or supporting the development, and maintaining various tools used by the fixed income evaluations staff. Refinitiv’s EPO provides evaluated pricing on over 2.7 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Automation implementation

  • Identify, jointly with the subject matter experts (SMEs), automation opportunities
  • Analyze business processes and conceptualize as automated solutions
  • Develop automation documentation and translation into development requirements
  • Act as liaison to developers
  • Project management

  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Communicate timelines and progress
  • Escalate development issues if necessary
  • Production

  • Give maintenance to existing tools used by the evaluations staff
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time
  • Implement small-scale automation tools
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of visual basic for applications
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent in English; strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Organized nature
  • Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of fixed income and mathematics
  • Knowledge of UiPath
