Job Description:

As an Applications Support Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with team members to bring solutions and support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. The Applications Support Consultant must have a proven experience in Microsoft Azure basics, knowledge as a developer, ServiceNow taking requests, experience in troubleshooting.

This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining existing and new applications. It is required good communication skills and experience in applications support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge as a developer to increase some application functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Basic knowledge in server support and configuration.
  • Applications installing and configuration
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to understand problems, come up with creative solutions, and help with tracking and delivering within the release plan
  • Understand and implement specific design patterns.

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate with an IT-related University degree.
  • 1 + years of relevant professional experience supporting applications or as a developer.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a team-player attitude.
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English comprehension (at least 70%), English Spoken (at least 70%).
  • Portuguese is a plus
