•Recruit, train, manage and lead a world-class team of Recruiters, Sourcers, Account Manager, Onboarding Specialists, HR Admins, etc.
•Build and implement a state-of-the-art training program for new hires
•Hire, mentor and manage direct reports for optimum account performance
•Determine best methods to manage, drive and monitor goals for direct reports
•Manage client performance expectations including SLA’s to ensure complete client satisfaction
•Strategize on ways to improve current client performance
•Implement set-up plans for new portfolio additions
•Manage client relationships -MSP and Client Sponsors
•Effectively manage and track revenue and gross margin goals for Costa Rica
•Manage and monitor the P&L for Costa Rica
•Determine ways to increase overall GM and Net Margins
•Establish the budget and forecast at the client and portfolio level annually
•Establish and monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly accountability metrics for each team member
•Work with the company leadership to refine SPECTRAFORCE branding and “human connect” strategy, resulting in elevated candidate engagement with the goal of SPECTRAFORCE being viewed as an employer of choice in Costa Rica
•Work as a Single point of contact for all non-operations departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate operational, Admin, IT, and HR issues
•Attend local conferences and industry meet-ups
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
•Strong organizational andtime management skills
•Highly effective communication-oral, written and group
•Ability to think on your feet and rely on your instincts
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers of all levels
•Ability and willingness to travel nationwide monthly
•Quick typing and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
•Thrive by working in a fast-paced environment
•Extremely detail and goal oriented
