YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Field Marketing Manager CA & CAR , are to:

  • Guarantee a deep knowledge of local reality Supporting the development and implementation strategies and actions (short term), in conjunction with Brand Managers, Pricing and Campaign and GTM teams; to optimize BCS growth, profitability and value capture on a sustainable basis by satisfying current and new customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Brand activation team and GTM to ensure full connectedness of account-level activity with brand strategies and activities.
  • Lead product launches at country level with previously alignment with Assets, Pricing & Brand activation managers.
  • Contribute to strategic mid to long term crop analysis leaded by the Regional Marketing team , being part of the crop groups Support the design of the Commercial & Marketing Plans that includes Sales, Campaigns, Programs, Demand generation activities in order to deliver and support the implementation through the Sales team.
  • Ensure the link with Sales team to develop and execute annual growth plans for key channel & customers, directly tied to overall customer strategies.
  • Lead execution through the Demand generation team customer-specific programs, partnerships, activities, and events, gaining all necessary approvals.

    Required Qualifications:

  • University degree Agronomy or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Agroindustry experience/
  • Understanding of Agroindustry environment.
  • Strong customer focus and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo Interpersonal, networking and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and align CX accordingly Working backwards to lead the end-user experience.
