What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of BI/Visualization tool platform leaders (Tableau, Looker, Spotfire, OBIEE and BIP) supporting 100+ data analytics use cases in cloud (AWS and GCP)
  • Lead data architecture and report development as needed
  • Support BI/Visualization customer communities thru communication, direction and issue resolution
  • Support EDH and ED segment leadership on budget and admin tasks
  • Lead platform and infrastructure technologies and software - strategy, governance and operations
  • Help the EDH DevOps team with Security Advisement/ARGG/PTO in GCP/AWS programs
  • Should have working knowledgeable GCP, AWS, Security and enterprise asset management
  • Guide and partner with EDH cloud EPAM team of cloud infra engineers and cloud data engineers
  • Manage Security, vulnerability and scan remediation for AWS and On-Prem assets/projects
  • Have an enterprise strategic mindset
  • Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required
  • 5 years of experience in platform and/or development in at least two of the following tools : Tableau, Looker, Spotfire, OBIEE and BIP
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages such as Java, Python
  • Experience in managing teams in an Agile environment.
  • Expert in TDD and BDD in the software development processes
  • Proficiency with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, NoSQL databases), micro-service design, CI/CD, DevOps
  • Strong team lead and managerial experience
  • Strong analytical decision making and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Mentor Junior resources
  • You have experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production enterprise applications
  • You have detailed knowledge of modern software development lifecycles including CI / CD
  • Extra Points for any of the Following

  • UI development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Angular 8+ and Bootstrap)
  • Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Subversion) and build tools like Maven
  • Big Data, Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL databases (e.g. Cassandra, Hadoop, MongoDB, Neo4J)
  • Software development best practices such as TDD (e.g. JUnit), automated testing (e.g. Gauge, Cucumber, FitNesse), continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins, GoCD)
