What you will do
The Contract Specialist supports the expansion of services and the delivery of Healthcare Professional and Expert Engagement organizations to support existing engagement plans, provides a service that is high priority in ensuring that business continues to comply with internal and external regulations that encompass compliant engagement of HCPs and EEs . The role will be integral to the improvement of efficiencies in the Global Hubs engagement processes and deliver consistent and compliant ways of working.
Utilize existing systems tools and ways of working to enable effective, consistent and compliant delivery of HCP/EE Engagement. These include ensuring maintenance of information in the systems and resources to enable delivery of HCP Engagement activities.
Maintain and enhance existing process to support the continued business, ensuring that both system and process remain fit for purpose within a changing external and internal environment.
Contribute evaluating and maintaining specific content for the CH Medical and R/D global ways of working portal.
Deliver operational support services to support specific HCP engagement progress for cross-border and above country sponsored activity as required.
Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards.
Provide tools, templated, systems to enable delivery of process to required standards.
Assist in the delivery of management monitoring framework (checklists) and support of Internal Business Monitoring assessments and Independent Assurance Audits in accordance with required standards.
Collate and monitor performance metrics/KPIs
Ensure payments are on time and in full to the HCP/EE
Support a culture of continuous process improvements through regular end to end process reviews.
Provide input into the design of appropriate training programs and materials to support all staff training needs (e.g. e-learning modules, ways of working Navigator pages, process micro-sites, process flows, checklists)
Assist in the continued evolution and development of a hub-based specialist knowledge center accessible to the entire client organization.
Oversight and metrics to assess deliverables, timelines, quality and cost.
Ensure delivery of services according to agreed standards.
Assist in the review and continuous improvement of services to meet business and customer needs.
What you should bring
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, Legal, similar stream or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.
Experience: 1-3 year of business/compliance/quality and project support experience
Languages: Required to be fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and track record of success working in teams.
Highly develop IT skills / Technical support specialists experience (clinical support preferred)
Ability to learn software solutions and contract management tools (CLM, CERPS, etc)
MS Office proficiency, (mainly Word & Excel)
Ability to work independently and with a remote team /
Self-motivated; works as part of a highly matrixed global team.
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face the client, suppliers, internal stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to deliver a consistent approach.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills / Project Coordination/management experience.
Time-management skills and structured approach to organizing work
Knowledge of procurement/ contract management tools is a PLUS
Pharma Industry experience is a PLUS
Knowledge of R&D clinical development and/or medical affairs is a PLUS
