Responsible for the executive account management assigned for the business development and commercialization of our Experian Strategic Solutions. These includes financial entities (Banks), retailers and telcos in the Central America countries where we have current or potential presence.

On one hand, this role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and increasing the income generated through the assigned accounts (clients and prospects), to ensure the annual fulfillment of the sales objectives defined by the level of revenue recognition.

On the other hand, the generation of new opportunities with new clients or products, will be required as per the pipeline execution to ensure business sustainability.


  • Ensure a high level of relationship with the relevant executives in each area of the organization of a client or prospect, where they apply our solutions.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities according to the Experian Solutions.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations of Experian and his main Solutions among new clients or prospects.
  • Structure a chart of accounts and commercial monitoring.
  • To coordinate with presales the mapping of new opportunities and define Solutions according to those findings.
  • Manage the generation of commercial proposals or response documents to RFI's / RFP's processes, in coordination with Pre-Sales and the corresponding support areas
  • Presentation, negotiation, deals closing, and its corresponding pipeline management through Salesforce®
  • Contract management, in coordination with Pre-Sales and support areas.
  • Support for administration, finance and collections management.
  • Structure Alignment

  • This role straight reports to Austral & CA Sales Director
  • This role has a dotted line to Austral & CA Country Manager
  • The Strategic Sales Consultant Works in partnership with Pre-Sales and Business Support areas, both at a regional and global level.
  • Applicants with no commercial background will not considered

  • University graduate / Bachelor’s degree at Business, Management or Economic Sciences.
  • 4+ years of experience whether in Business Consultancy, Pre-Sales or Sales Consultancy to ensure assertive self-management of business accounts.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or prevention positions for Software and Analytics and Consulting (B2B) Solutions.
  • Fluent English speaking and comprehension.
  • Intermediate Portuguese speaking and comprehension a plus.
  • It is a plus to have knowledge in areas of risks, credits, collections, verticals such as Banks, Finance, Telcos and Financial Retail.
  • Experience in preparing and negotiating commercial proposals will be an asset.
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities will be highly demanded.
  • Goal oriented and problem-solving profiles will be prioritized.
  • It’s completely needed to have a solid teamwork capacity and networking skills.
  • Work travels will be frequent (2 per month).
  • Since this will be a client facing senior position, it is needed to have business skills such us customer centric, collaboration and innovation.
