We are looking for call center agents. The vacancies are for our important client in AFZ, in Heredia.
Carry out the firmware and software updates of the network devices in our clients' environment.
Main function: Review the proper functioning of the alerts related to the internet connection at the client's stores where the service is provided remotely.
-Knowledge of English 90%
-Willing to commute to the America Free Zone.
-With an academic background in, or currently studying, intermediate or advanced networking level(Cisco or similar).
