The Life Sciences Service and Interaction Design Associate Manager would partner and lead a team of thinkers and doers; with an ability to lead design team and archive meaningful solutions to strategic business challenges and a history of developing ideas that engage and motivate patients, HCPs, caregivers to act. This person would be accountable for driving relationships and creative outcomes from global and local stakeholders with an objective to deliver effective local design renditions and campaigns.

Inspiring creativity throughout all design work (print, digital etc.) for pharmaceutical and MedTech clients, and ensure that the design team is aware of trends & improvement in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business and assessing which will contribute to the business and its clients.
Work closely with copywriters to have a good alignment of copy and design
Accountable for end-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of artworks from the pertinent stakeholder
Extracting relevant assets from Library and providing them to internal team for further image correction, renditions etc.
Driving clear objective of service adoption and best practice guidance at global and local markets
Manage the graphic requests system and verify the accuracy of the request, and coordinate with scheduling, finishing and designers. Communicate any timely updates or changes with all stakeholders.
Regularly monitor production program, for possible new requests and communicate to creative leads any potential new, updated or revised design requests.
Key component of overseeing production; candidate will handle heavy volume, fast turnaround of deliverables for all requests.
Coordination touchpoint with strategic agencies, as well as with global stakeholders from the client’s end
Oversee the quality control and improvement of design output. Ensure that the quality of work meets the project requirement.
Maintain communication and cordial relationship between design and other departments within the organization.
Defines team growth path, in collaboration with creative leads.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful & strategically creative solutions.
Work close to Delivery Managers to define Team Financials, and project budget details
Define intake process, and to be capable of define design project planning for different scopes
Must exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

Minimum 6–8 years of experience as a design lead or a similar profile with experience in Pharma y/o Life Sciences.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Adobe CC Suite and Adobe experience manager on both PC and Mac platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant fine arts/design degree. Additional specialization studies is a strong plus.
Specific for UX/UI: Abstract, Invision, Sketch.
Proven experience leading high complexity UX/UI projects.
Experience developing creative strategies and executing design solutions for the life sciences and health sector.
Must be experienced in Life Sciences creative principles, e.g. MLR review processes and requirements, Fair Balance, branded vs. unbranded restrictions, etc.
Expertise at understanding how to engage HCP and Patient audiences to motivate and drive action and engagement
Must have an experience of handling teams – For UX/UI, design and copy
Must have an experience in relationship management
Must have a deep understanding of working best practices across the globe in different platforms and formats.
Must be able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment, adapting to quickly changing demands and deadlines while keeping a professional attitude
Detail-oriented with the ability to interface with all internally and the creative community as well as all levels of global stakeholders
Must have an experience leading the set-up of design systems
Design Thinking and ideation process deep knowledge in order to facilitate ideation sessions with stakeholders.
Strong interest in interaction and graphic design, campaign and technology
Love for great design a plus
Ability to think on your feet and anticipate issues before they happen
Bonus points if experienced at medical writing and experienced in developing content for Experience in Oncology, Neurology, Rare Disease, Patient Services or related areas
