Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their performance follow - ups

  • Keep all production reports updated

  • Coach agents on behaviors

  • Mentor agents on processes

  • Maintain supervisor updated on agent’s positive/negative behaviors and strengths/improvement

  • Processes consultant

  • Quality Audits

    • Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically 3+ years experience in directly related business

  • Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient in English

  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (Intermediate); Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate); Microsoft Power Point (Intermediate); Microsoft Word (Intermediate)

    • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry

  • Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively

  • Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Customer Service Skills

  • Goal Accountability

  • Leadership skills

  • Self-Starter
