Support individuals with their performance follow - ups
Keep all production reports updated
Coach agents on behaviors
Mentor agents on processes
Maintain supervisor updated on agent’s positive/negative behaviors and strengths/improvement
Processes consultant
Quality Audits
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 3+ years experience in directly related business
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in English
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel (Intermediate); Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate); Microsoft Power Point (Intermediate); Microsoft Word (Intermediate)
Knowledge and Skills:
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry
Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively
Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
Analytical thinking skills
Customer Service Skills
Goal Accountability
Leadership skills
Self-Starter
