Job DescriptionOBJECTIVES
Manages and maintains the contract repository following standard process and adherence to internal guidelines. Supports the administrative tasks related to contract management working as an ally with strategic sourcing group. Ensures compliance with Purchasing policy and manage compliance performance. Works closely with sourcing managers and category managers establishing best practices and process efficiency. Meets with suppliers to work on projects, improvements or to resolve performance issues. Provides metadata contracts reports and complex contracts analysis reports using AI software. Drives efficiency, training and continuous improvement of upstream services including but not limited to contract management, sourcing event, project management system, e-signature and other related systems. Collaborate with other procurement and business colleagues to ensure customer service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensures adherence to quality standards and review internal policies to ensure compliance.
