Your ‘day to day’ Perform periodic reviews of the existing practices and controls implemented by affiliates to protect company assets and interests, and also to ensure that the business is carried out in an orderly, efficient and integral manner, in compliance with PMI Principles and Practices and local regulatory requirements. Your biggest challenges are going to be helping with the improvement and efficiencies of the internal processes of the organization and the department. Additional responsibilities:• Support to all functions by streamlining business processes and reducing or eliminating non-added value administrative task while keeping in place a good control environment.• Monitor and guide Affiliate Practice Owners through the process of updating/creating local practices, promote continuous content improvement and publish Affiliate documents timely and accurately. Provide advisory to the business in the implementation of new projects, in order to assure a sustainable effect and adoption of best internal controls practices, promoting a solid image for Philip Morris, as responsible corporation and preferred business partner. Who we’re looking for • University degree in bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (with experience in process improvement in multinational companies).• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SOX, and SAP (desirable) • Knowledge in Data Analytics: Tableau, Excel, Power BI • Experience leading teams• At least 4 years of experience in internal or external auditing activities (Preferable in multinational companies)• Fluent in English (written and conversational)• Ought to be consumer and client oriented, and with excellent communication skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
