The Position

The Full Service Production Consultant job duties include building, testing and to lesser degree QA of email campaigns. As a Production Consultant, you should be able to cut up a Photoshop file and turn it into an HTML email that renders well across all major email clients. You should also understand the customer’s data model and apply that knowledge to personalize email in the most efficient way.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Deployment Services team to manage, build, and deploy email campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Create/modify mobile responsive HTML emails using HTML and inline CSS
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy email builds prior to sending to QA specialist
  • Work with internal project lead and client to establish or maintain workflows based on campaign calendars
  • Engage client to better understand their needs and drive solutions based on those needs
  • Work with the email marketing team, and clients to understand overall creative approach
  • Create process documentation for ongoing campaigns
  • Continue to learn and develop technical skill sets

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer technology or similar degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in similar field
  • Experience hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Software expertise: Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an IDE such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Eclipse, Sublime Text
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and internal customer schedules with minimal oversight
  • Ability to lead and effectively manage technical discussions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, outstanding eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud application experience preferred
  • Experience in Cheetah Digital's Marketing Suite a plus

    • Preferred

  • Familiarity with project management tools, e.g. Basecamp, Mavenlink, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Software expertise: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of email coding standards
  • A strong work ethic with a desire for self-improvement
