The Opportunity

The Adobe Document Cloud organization is looking for an experienced Customer Enablement Engineer to educate and help build our next-generation Adobe Sign service offerings. Adobe Sign is the fastest, easiest way to get contracts and documents signed and filed. Unlike virtual fax or e-signature software, we offer an end-to-end solution by automating the entire contracting process from the request for signature to the distribution and filing of the final agreement.

We instantly show customers what’s out for signature, what is signed, when and by whom. We are passionate about what we do and are looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join passionate team. You have a track record as a customer centric architect on SaaS, middleware or frameworks and love contributing to and building great digital experiences and creating global, scalable systems that change our world for the better. This role will report to a Sr Engineering Manager or a Director on the Adobe Sign Engineering team.

  • Required Qualification:

  • Federal contract requirements apply
  • 7+ years’ experience in SaaS enterprise customer-oriented architect role, including taking ownership of system components
  • Experience in coordinating customer engagements to drive positive outcomes
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent degree required; prefer MS in Computer Science
  • Understanding of document business solutions that require compliance, security and scalability of enterprise deployments
  • Java/J2EE experience with an understanding of end-to-end n-tier enterprise software architectures
  • Experience with server-side Java/J2EE technologies including Spring, Hibernate, JSP, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, Servlets, and XML
  • Understanding of web application client-tier technologies including HTML and JS
  • Experience implementing scalable and sophisticated production server-side components in Java using microservice based architecture
  • Core Java server-side multi-threaded coding experience in performance and scalability optimizations and their trade-offs and object-oriented design
  • Familiarity with code patterns and architectures to support compliance standards such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI, or SOC
  • Passionate about top SaaS solutions and different vertical
