Qualifications

4 years degree or related experience

Creative agency experience is desired

Deep familiarity with the digital environment

Proven track record as a technical and/or creative team player

Excellent communication skills

Exceptional eye for design, motion and interactivity

Proven written and spoken English skills B2+

Skills

Advanced experience in banner optimization

Advanced experience in Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator)

Average experience on video editing skills and motion graphics (After effects)

Average working knowledge of at least 1 of the following: Element3D, 3D Modeling & 3D Animation (Maya, Cinema4D)

Advanced estimation and scoping skills

Experience proposing, researching and implementing creative technology solutions

Advanced experience in HTML 4/5, CSS 2/3 and JavaScript for OLA is a plus

Average working knowledge of at least 1 of the following frameworks or tools: JQuery, Flashtalking, Adobe Animate

Advanced experience using 3rd party vendor tool such as DoubleClick Studio, Sizmek, or other rich media vendor tools is a plus
