RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In this role, the Partner Operations Specialist I will be responsible for various tasks to help design, develop, implement, and deliver operational priorities across the Worldwide Partner, Alliances, and Commercial Operations organization. 
  • Develop operational business cases and proposals. 
  • Document business requirements, including processes, procedures, policies, and process maps. 
  • Coordinate and prepare for team meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, communications, and other tasks. 
  • Identify topics for discussion, review and set the agenda for various meetings (e.g. staff meetings, All-Hands, QBR’s).
  • Support team with project activities and tasks on an as-needed basis.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or partner operations. 
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to learn and ramp up quickly.
  • Must be highly motivated, flexible, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
